Radio has been recommended as the most popular medium
for disseminating government information to the rural population.
Because of its easy access, the Information Services Division also
coordinates a major public awareness radio program called the Government
Radio Talk Back Program with NBC's National Karai Service. It is a
two-hour live program and limited to only Ministers, their departmental
secretaries and constitutional office holders, to highlight their
respective policies and programs and the impact these policies and
programs have on the daily lives of the people. The Office is discussing
prospects of improving content of several existing programs. Poster displaying Ministers in the National Executive
Council.
